Install Folveno on your site

One script tag. Folveno answers from your approved help content and cites the page. A person on your team is always one click away.

1. Create an account

   Start the 14-day no-card trial from signup. The trial starts when the first knowledge import or published Q&A succeeds.

2. Add approved content

   Paste a public help-center or docs URL, or publish a manual Q&A. Empty imports are not ready.

3. Try the assistant

   Use the playground after you sign in. Ask a question a customer would ask.

4. Appearance and handoff

   Set color, greeting, allowed websites, and a team email. Handoff is included on every plan.

5. Paste the snippet

   Copy the script from Appearance. Visitors should be able to reach a person without signing in.

6. Verify readiness

   Record a sourced test from an allowed website and send a test handoff. Saving an email is not delivery.
